Orchestrating an AI Transformation in Real-Time

At the Morphilus Wisdom Foundry, we believe that the next era of business isn’t about “using AI”, it’s about orchestration.

Over the last week, I’ve been running a live laboratory. I didn’t just work on one project; I managed a multi-disciplinary “Silicon Workforce” to handle everything from full-stack app development to an AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) audit and even hardware optimization.

1. CelebrantSee: From “Vibe” to Full-Stack Reality

The headline act is CelebrantSee. Built for the demanding requirements of a busy Wedding Celebrant, this app isn’t just a database; it’s an automated executive assistant, law clerk, credit collector and marketing assistant.

• The Stack: We moved into the 2026 “vibe coding” flow using Google AI Studio, Antigravity, and Firebase.
• The Result: In mere days, we moved from a blank page to a functional dashboard that syncs a website, Google Calendar, complex “Meeting Milestones,” orchestrating Leads with Initial Consults, Script Reviews, Rehearsals and conducting complete and well timed development of the legal document flow.
• The Human Edge: By feeding the AI our specific Brand and Personality Style Guide up front, the app didn’t just function, it arrived with the elegance and “soul” of Bernadette’s brand and incorporates timely and critical for such a personality based business “Human in the Loop” review opportunities.

2. Data Sovereignty: Firing the Middleman

One of our core missions at Morphilus is helping small businesses “own their own pipes.” We’ve officially begun the transition away from high-tax legacy platforms like Mailchimp, Windows 365, Photoshop etc.

• The Workflow: Using n8n, we built an automated “bridge.” When a customer subscribes or hits the “Contact Us” form on the CBB website, that data no longer sits in a third-party silo.
• The Automation: It flows through an n8n webhook, appends to a Google storage for a “single source of truth,” and, crucially, injects directly into the CelebrantSee app’s database to populate future communications and legal documents.

3. Tool Resilience: Pivoting When the AI “Hangs”

Orchestration means knowing when to switch instruments. When a specialized video-wrapper app (Pomelli) struggled with API stability, we didn’t wait. We went “direct to the source,” using Nanobanana for high-fidelity video generation about our Foundry and for a sweet diversion grabbed a free version of Grok to animate some family snaps.

This resilience extended to the hardware level. While building the “Silicon Workforce,” I used Claude as a systems consultant to perform a forensic cleanup of a legacy Windows environment, stripping away “laptop bloat” to ensure that development terminal is as lean and fast as the code we’re generating.

4. The Next Generation: Jax’s Terminal

A rewarding part of the week? Setting up an offline coding terminal for my 8-year-old grandson, Jax. Encouraging him to learn some basics with Python reminds us that AI isn’t replacing the need to learn; it’s providing a “universal translator” for human creativity.

5. Website Audits for AI Visibility.

During the week we also conducted an AI Visibility audit of a new website being launched by a small business in Queensland. We split the task between three different AI Agents and then consolidated results into a brief on the prime strengths and weaknesses of the site with prioritised recommendations for areas of action. Our role was to set the specification for the audit as well as assist with the consolidation presentation. This sort of low cost activity can unearth important gaps in a website design that the typical business owner would overlook.

The Morphilus Takeaway

The “jumping around” I experienced this week is the new standard of productivity. By treating Gemini, Claude, and n8n as specialized members of a team, we performed a Visibility Review, built a custom SaaS app, and secured data sovereignty, all in the time it would normally take to just brief a traditional development agency.
